Chris and Alex were , prompt, very polite, professional, never took a break and they were here for almost 5 hours. They worked cleanly and efficiently. My fireplaces work perfectly and you would never know they were in my home. Very clean. They earned the five stars.
The technician came out on time. There was communication leading up to the appointment from the office to remind us about the upcoming appointment, then on the day of the appointment the technician called to say he was on his way. He did a thorough inspection and cleaned up afterwards. The technician was very professional. Thank you!
