After an exhaustive search for hardwood flooring in our area, we were excited to discover Lumber Liquidators had reopened in Beaumont, Texas. The two employees Chris and Erica, and manager Paul were all very helpful. Their knowledge of the LL product was excellent and their showroom meticulous.
They listened to our needs, responded accordingly and answered our numerous questions in detail. Nobody got frazzled while experiencing challenges with the just implemented financing system and readily adapted to the computer program to help us make our purchase.
