I've had a few quiet years with very little issue as a homeowner entrusting them with my property. Patti is the person whom I was recommended and I appreciate that she makes an attempt to correct issues and resolve interpersonal issues. She is willing to discuss things and try to make it right so I appreciate that, and I am putting my faith in its resolve. Recently I had felt as though they were putting the tenant first which was difficult to understand when they pay late almost every month, but Patti was quick to come up with a solution and I know it's difficult working to please everyone.
