I am new to Beaumont and was calling around this morning to see about taking my dog to this clinic, as I was explaining my situation to whoever answered the phones he just cuts me off mid sentence to tell me to call an emergency line, so I ask for the number and he tells me I can google it and to have a great day then hangs up. What kind of customer service is that? I needed more than just to be seen, I wanted to inquire about shots and boarding prices but never mind. I will not be going here, made me feel like they wouldn't handle my dog with care.

Not sure yet, but I will update if things improve.I was very very impressed on my first visit there and the recommendations I got for my jack Russell.Shasta showed me and Wiley the professional service I would like to get any place I go, thank you Shasta.Elissa was very nice as well. I appreciate the vet Gianzer who cared for Wiley.I definitely recommend her.I want to recommend the office but Wiley was seen on a Wednesday and I still have not heard back from anyone with an answer, so right now I'm very disappointed ?.

Shelby was my Vet Assistant and she was soooo sweet and my dog warmed right up! Dr. McCullough was informative and efficient. They were very accommodating to my dog being anxious--we all just got down on the floor with her! My dog has had reoccurring yeast infections and this is the only vet that has even discussed long-term maintenance with me (so I don't have to drop $100-200 every few months). Very very good energy from this place! I'm very glad we went here and strongly recommend it to others. I actually felt good spending the money because I know that my dog is really being taken care of. They're also part of an app where you get points from each visit to earn free things like $ off your visit, a bath, or nail trim!
