They do okay work with washing your car. However service is below par and the inside of the building for waiting looks like a trap house. Tried to get change for a 20 to tip the detailer however the cashier refused to make change.
After returning home from washing my 2008 Jeep Wrangler, I noticed the antenna was missing. I called the car wash to ask where it was. There was some confusion at first, turns out the antenna was removed and per "policy" placed on dashboard. It was actually placed in between the windshield and gap of dashboard and I could not retrieve it. By this time, I also noticed one windshield wiper was missing. The manager confirmed the machines had caused the blade to fall off and it was broken. He offered to reimburse one of the blades but not both. As far as the antenna, there was nothing to be done. I have gone to this car wash many times, and they always do a good job. Car is vacuumed thoroughly, wiped down and very clean. Don’t use the self service one, use the full service…. This one is totally worth it!
