I've been calling this office for over a month three times a week trying to get an appointment. No one will answer the phone. So I've left dozens of messages stating I need an appointment. I've been going to this clinic for years. All of a sudden, they don't answer the phone ever, and I'm forced to leave a message. They have never called me back. I've given up. I'll find a new eye doctor. Avoid this place.

They seem to not want to work for them having calls forwarded to their voicemail whenever it clearly states on google that it closes at 5pm. I called right at 4:30pm and calls were already forwarded to their voicemail. Smh

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Expect to be here 2-3hrs WITH appointment months in advance. They always over book and lobby is extremely crowded with severall ppl having to stand or wait outside its absurd! Drs are way too old to still be practicing, they have trouble moving around and need nurse to do basically everything. Then he sees you for 5min, says same stuff over and says see you in 6months. What a joke, been this way for several years now, hate this only place my insurance accepts
