Having just moved into Baytown I didn't know anyone in the area so my network of professional contacts was severely limited. After settling in, I looked for recommendations from some friends I have that live in the area. As it turns out, I needed a termite service for a newly purchased home that I am in the process of renovating. I called three companies - One corporate and two local businesses- The corporate was, as expected, lacking; and the price was almost double the other two guys. I decided to go with Anytime Pest Elimination after Greg, the owner, personally came out for the inspection and explained to me how it would be a good idea to stop the infestation before I commenced with repairs on the home. He was exceptionally knowledgable about the entire process and what really sold me was the 10-year guarantee protecting my home from future subterranean termite infestations, knowing this wouldn't be an issue for some time I decided to go with the service. Come the day of service, Greg and another employee showed up as expected and it went down smooth and orderly just as I was promised and could expect- even quicker in fact. Greg is quite friendly and a family man that cares about both his customers and employees. Being from a different state I was pleased to experience what they called the "Texas way" of doing things and will assuredly use Anytime Pest Elimination for any future pest control needs I have.
We moved into a campground and the place was covered up with roaches, ants, and spiders. Immediately our camper got infested!! I called these amazing people. They gave me a fantastic quote and I agreed. They asked when I wanted them to come out and I of course said immediately. Lol. They came the very next day. They told me if I saw any bugs at all after a few days to call them and they would come back out free of charge. I did and they did!! No questions asked. Every three months they returned. I never saw another bug and keep in mind the campground was infested. I highly recommend using their services. The employees are very nice and respectful! Thanks y'all for taking such good care of us. Oh and they weren't scared of my Pitt bull and actually loved on him!
