I hired Purdy Pets to groom my two Shih Tzu they were 10 weeks old ..Sarah has been coming to my home over 1 year and ,Even though I felt the rates were high... I still used the service and tipped her $30.00 when she would come . she did a great job ! I called to make an appt for my two boys and I was told with NO NOTICE there were no longer servicing mobile grooming in baytown, they gave me no notice at all .. I feel they don't care at all .. This shows me they care nothing for their loyal customers ..It is what it is ...

Did a great job with my cat Gracie. She was not having the blow dry at the end (showed her diva self), but the groomer kept her calm during the grooming. She's clean and fluffy at home now.
