“Wonderful place in Baytown! Free Pool nights for children every month lately and low impact aerobics for my parents have been a blessing. My son was able to attend affordable price twice a week to DAY HAB there for young adults with disabilities called Opportunity Center. Pick up also affordable!! My parents stopped going because they got a little lazy but they miss it and hope they go back soon because they feel the difference in their body. My mom lost 10 lbs. and joints hurt less when she was going to water aerobics.. I celebrate you all for leaving the house and doing the work it takes to care for your bodies!! Our whole family needs to work on that!! Love this place.“

“I have used this facility twice now. I had rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders (not at the same time). I have a great range of motion in the first one done 2 years ago and now working on the second one. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Great staff, very friendly and a clean and welcoming environment.“
