I was nervous, they were nervous, and she immediately put us all at ease with her bubbly personality and just overall sweet demeanor! She showed them exactly what would be done and the tools that would be used before they got their own ears pierced! They even got to practice piercing a stuffed lamb’s ear! I just can’t with how happy I am with this experience! Very professional, while at the same catering specifically to each girlie at their level (and my 2 year old boy that was along for the ride)! She was so, so good!“
