***Google Maps will direct you all the way to the end of the business center alleyway. ESG is actually up front closer to Main.***Very easy going and friendly folk. I ordered a firearm and had it delivered here for pickup and Dan had everything ready for me making the transaction as smooth as possible. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, if I have any firearm questions I know exactly who to contact. I will definitely be a continuing customer.

This review has to do with customer service. I had recently made a purchase at Baytown Eagle Gun&Ammo, I made a purchase of a VR-80 and a impressive looking 6.5 Grendel ESG. I headed to the range this pass weekend to zero it in, needless to say, I had some issues. Now I had the Grendel for several months at this time but brought it back to Baytown Eagle to see what could be done. They were beyond helpful they called ESG gunworks directly. They directed me to go to their facility which was near by. I went to the facility and was greeted by Dan Slaven (owner). I have been doing business with Dan and Glenn for several years. They offer a great shop for all your AR needs. Lots of rifles, parts, accessories, and ammo. I highly recommend them.
