Bought two new trucks last year.. 1500 Ultimate Denali and 1500 Elevation.. sales was excellence.. first service experience went really well.. 2nd service was just overall a bad experience.. truck sat over a week.. had warranty work and routine maintenance performed on Denali... rushed thru the repairs on a Saturday to get my vehicle prepared.. hopefully the next service goes better.. it actually deterred me from buying a 3rd vehicle from them

Great dealership to work with. I specifically liked how I didnt feel attacked by sharks when I walked up to the door. It is a small dealership that takes time with you vs being herded through a mega-dealership like cattle.
