Felt compelled to leave a review after reading the negative ones. We actually had our floors done in 2017. I have no complaints. I walked into the show room with my then toddler and let the owner know that we just bought our house and the carpet smelled horrible. My daughter was having allergies as soon as we moved in. I wanted to replace the floor asap. He was so nice.. he offered to send someone the next day to remove the carpet. They installed engineered wood all over the living spaces and tile in the bathrooms. Everything turned out beautiful and has held up. They actually helped me a couple months ago as well to try to find the matching tile to my bathroom. They went above and beyond.

We had Baytown Floors install laminate flooring in our primary bedroom and we are so happy. Heather was able to track down flooring that a previous homeowner installed 6+ years ago so we could match it, she was so nice and great to work with! The installers were friendly, hardworking, and they did a beautiful job. As someone who was in the remodel industry for 17 years, I'm not easily impressed, I'm elated with how smoothly the project went and the end result. We will definitely use them again in the future!

I am 74 and needed new flooring in my house after having my daughter and 3 grandkids living there. Dreading the cost and hassle of replacing the flooring I got a recommendation from a realtor friend who suggested Baytown Floors. I scheduled an estimate and Omar came out to measure the house. The estimate and installation crew were great for someone on social security. Give them a chance. Great experience and installation.
