Huge shout out to all the staff members at the Baytown animal hospital. From the moment we walked in till the time we left they made sure us and my Stella knew what was going on. She’s almost back to 100% health but she couldn’t have done it with out there great help! THANK YOU
From making the appointment to leaving, everything was done well. Friendly and professional service. Our recently adopted fur baby is very shy, but became comfortable very fast during our visit. She opened up upon meeting the technician ( I do not remember her name). Dr. Washington and the technician answered all of my questions and treated her with care. We were informed of the costs up front and future costs associated with the treatment plan. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Glass was superb! She has a great way of explaining what’s going on with your pet. She really saved my dogs life! I’m so grateful to have had her be my dog vet Doctor if I could I’ll give Dr. Glass 10⭐️s!!!!
