Only been going here a little over a month now and I can already feel a difference. My mobility has improved a lot but I still have a ways to go. My strength is improving. While frustrating I can't go heavy weight on some lifts I understand why because they explain everything. Something hurts or doesn't feel quite right they have a stretch to help. Mike and Katie have been great. I just signed up to add the nutrition so it's only going to get better as the weight starts to fall off. So far, I am happy with my choice.

Mike and Katie are the best! I have been working on my health and fitness with them for the last 8 months and feel so much better than I did before. I still have a ways to go, but I know they can get me there without causing injuries. That was super important to me since I’ve struggled with bad low back pain for many years. I would say that they are truly a blessing to have here in bastrop!

Katie and Mike are two of the best trainers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I've been working with them for a year now, and have seen more improvement then my previous 3 years combined working out elsewhere. Their knowledge and detail to proper technique really put you at easy, and you can tell they are very passionate about what they do. For sure a dynamic duo with Mike's knowledge of nutrition and Katies amazing massages an awesome bonus as well!
