I’ve been at Rockgate since its inception and I love it ❤️ I never have to worry about the care of my horses. Beautiful facility, excellent footing. 1.2 mile trail around the property for hacking out. My riding has advanced so much and I look forward to seeing my friends at the barn every day! Looking forward to many more years to come!

Moving from California to Texas it was very difficult to find a barn that felt like home. In CA the barn was my happy place - and I had all but given up on finding something akin until I found Rockgate. Rockgate is a beautiful facility with excellent care. The training options are compassionate and effective. If you want to improve and have lofty goals - Rockgate is the place for you. Courtney has mirrored me with her commitment to my goals and has been there with me every step of the way. The stalls are some of the biggest and cleanest I’ve ever seen. The turnout is plentiful. I've enjoyed training with Courtney Mohler at Rockgate. As a western dressage rider it is difficult to find someone who is able to help me develop my mare but Courtney has helped me transform her from an intro level horse to schooling third level. She has a kind and clear approach to helping horses and riders develop as a pair.
