JImmy has been working on my rentals for 20 yrs ,he is without a dought, the best Ac and heat, tec i have ever had, he is an expert , and honest, his prices are fair, i highly recomend him.

Today we had Jim over to repair our misbehaving HVAC system which was alternatively blowing cold and hot air. He successfully diagnosed a faulty thermostat which he replaced with one he had on hand. The best part is that he only charged us for the thermostat and a standard service fee in spite of spending an hour and a half to set us right again. The "big guys" want $90 just to come to the door, before they even start to work. We are very pleased to have chosen Jim Akins of Expert Air to help us out and will certainly call on him again when necessary. We highly recommend him and his able assistant for your A/C needs.
