Shady Oaks Recreation is a well-maintained golf course known for its beautiful greens and fairways, which are often in outstanding condition. However, some mention that golfers sometimes do not repair divots or ball marks, and occasional balls landing near players can be dangerous. Overall, it’s a fun and enjoyable place to play golf.
I have played here several times this year. By far the the best I've seen the greens and fairways, this last outing they were in outstanding condition. I look forward to playing here again and again.
The hidden gem... I am from more west Texas butI really enjoy this golf course. I just went about a week ago and the fairways and greens were soo nice. Won't find nothing like this in Midland/Odessa area in a public course.
It’s a very nice and pretty course for the money , it’s short and easy to play .. the negatives would be the golfers , never repair a divot or ball mark on the greens and we’ve had balls land near us while we were still kn fairway on our second shot which is dangerous and rude . Other than that it’s a fun place to play
