Zak was one of the few if only installer that specializes in this service in the DFW area (not via pool builders). He arrived on time and provided a competitive quote the same day. Supplies came in (3) weeks later and he just finished the install a few days prior to this review. Zak has a great understanding of the business side especially in a niche market. He educated me well on the procedures. After the install, I have a new found respect for the effort he performed. It was about 5 total hours of manual labor and my pool was fairly simple. I can only speak on behalf of the covers, but I would rely on him for this service if I moved anywhere in the DFW area. He was true to his word and the craftmanship was excellent.“
