She explained everything in detail and made me feel as comfortable as possible. She is so sweet & educated & loves what she does - you can really tell. Appointment is not required, but is recommended. I went on a Friday and they were able to fit me right in with a consultation and first session. They have a nice, quiet waiting room. It's cheaper to buy more sessions in bulk. Available in 3,6, or 8 sessions per tattoo. After the laser, the healing went exactly as she said and there were no complications. I applied aquaphor as directed and that's all that was really needed as the healing went on. After just one session, there is already a big difference and I can't wait to go back for many more!“
