Went to get a haircut at another place and was not satisfied with what I received. I called and spoke with Kristin and she said she could fix the mistake from the other place. I showed up she looked at the cut I had gotten and said it would be no problem. Over the phone she said she would just fix it free of charge and I would not allow her to do so. She got me right in after her current client at the time. Within no time she had me fixed right up. Customer service was great and her talent for cutting hair is remarkable

I went in and had a haircut and had my beard trimmed down but the young lady missed a lot on my neck and I didn't notice so I had to go back and have another lady shave off the remaining patch of hair on my neck .I've gone there many times and usually had a good experience however this was a huge oversight on her part .The staff was very accommodating when I pointed out what had happened with the patch of hair not being trimmed on the first visit.By the way I treated her with a very good tip on the first visit but she didn't seem to be too thrilled about it it's funny how people just expect things and not doing a great job but still wanting to be rewarded.I'll... read full review
I specifically went to this great clips because they have the highest rating of any great clips near me. I think my stylist's name was Kristin, and she did great! She gave me exactly what I asked for. She also doubled checked with any questions she had before cutting and double checked after to make sure it's what I wanted and that I liked what she did. She was quiet, but that's not a problem for me. She was friendly and nice when talking to me. She worked quickly. I'm also glad I got to use the $10.99 coupon!
