My grandkids love it and the instructor are great with the grandkids. I enjoy watching the classes. I do recommend it
The gym is amazing. The instructors push and guide with love. And discipline. They help you do things that you couldn’t do before. I started karate at 40 and do it with my kids. I love it as much as they do and look forward to working out and learning new things. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
