Great Clips

I usually have great service at Great Clips. I have no problems with waiting, but on my last visit, I had an unreasonably long wait. When I arrived, I was first on the list with a 0 minute wait, but they were busy with customers getting haircuts. After repeatedly telling me that would be right with me, they cleaned their stations and disappeared to a back room. I waited close to 30 minutes after I first walked in, then Selena saved the day. I was not a happy camper, but she tried to make it right. She apologized for the other two employees and did her best to make me happy. I've got to say that Selena kept me from giving my last visit one or two stars.

About 6 months ago I accepted a new job position in Austin, bought a house here and moved and have had some interesting and bad experiences with Great Clips, one so bad that they lied and told me they weren't cutting anymore that day whenever they were still open another hour and a half.I was ready to give up on the Brand because For the past 7 years I had always gone to the Great Clips on HK Dodgen in Temple and received the absolute best haircuts and service from Bea and Carla. My experiences in Austin Great Clips stores were so frustrating that I drove all the way back to Temple to get haircuts a few times. I always bring my Son and I to get a great haircut with Sara. We have been going with her for a good while now and will continue to do so as long as Great Clips keeps her happy.Services: Kids' cuts
