Lorrie and Jeff know they see us 2-3 times a year, and we book way in advance. They’re flexible when we get back early and miss our pups - even our crazy German loves them.
We can’t imagine going anywhere else- dogs get playtime, they have AC and can go outside whenever they like- can’t beat it.
Oh how we are so happy to have found a boarding space that we trust! Our girls are young and hadn't ever officially been boarded and we were so nervous. Lorrie, Jen, and Lorrie's husband were so kind and welcoming. The girls were well taken care of. 💕
If it was possible to give The Big Dog House 10 stars, I absolutely would. It is very easy to tell when you have somebody that truly cares about dogs and cats.
I cannot say enough positive things about the people who are there and how well they communicate.
Lorrie is an absolute pleasure to work with and I’m so happy that we feel like we have a place that we can take our fur babies when we are out of town. Bravo, Big Dog House! We love you guys! 🐶🐱❤️
