Had an amazing experience with Level 1! They did excellent work, communicated and followed the schedule they set and finished ahead of schedule. Will definitely use them again on future projects!
I'm rating Level 1 a year later because now is an accurate rating. They've completed 2 projects in our home. Created an ensuite and installed a bathroom sink.
They knocked down a small wall to create a pass through (en suite) between my daughter's bedroom and bathroom. It's a very small space with the bedroom closet limiting options to create an en suite. I literally told another contractor what i wanted and he said the closet prevented my idea. I showed Todd and he said POCKET DOOR before I even said it! A year later, removing a wall and installing pocket door works perfectly! Looks like my daughter en suite is original to our home.

Lynn came out and gave me a bid on refinishing kitchen cabinets. I asked him to include installation of cabinet organizers that I had purchased. He told me no problem that he would come back and install them himself and there would NOT be any additional charge. As soon as they got the money, Lynn did not answer or return my calls! Total disappointment!!!!!
UODATE: Todd called and came out to my home. Hr arranged for Dave, Dale and Robert to correct the problems. The two spent approximately 1/2 day fixing issues. They were on time, neat, polite and efficient. If those two had come out initially I would have given 5 stars! Thanks to Level 1 for following through...read full review
