But I had one incident with one of their beds n I told them that they had a bulb ? out on the bed and they said that they would take care of but never even offered me a free tan n it was bed 8 I will never use bed 8 again not only was it not working properly but it's smaller“

“I ordered flowers for my 8 yr old granddaughter to be delivered to her at school on Valentines Day.Unfortunately that didn't happen.I called their shop and spoke with a staff member and asked why they weren't delivered, at first he couldn't find my order but called me back a few minutes later and said the flowers were to be delivered today the 15th of February.I was upset of course, and I explained to the gentleman our situation, how we are estranged from our granddaughter and hasn't had any contact with her for almost 10 months now.This kind man made sure my granddaughter got those flowers that evening, on Valentines Day.Thank you "Always In Bloom" yall went above and beyond!Thank you so much.“
