I live out of town and I called this morning to get flowers delivered for my mother‘s birthday today. Their customer service was great. They provided advice on a bouquet and guaranteed the flowers will be delivered today. They also are going to send me a picture of the flowers. Thanks for incredible customer service.

My dad's funeral was planned very fast. The original flower shop did not have the arrangement that we wanted due to ice storms.I called this place and asked them if they actually had the color of flowers pictured in the arrangement that I wanted. She looked it up and said yes. They would not be open the next day because it was New Year's day but would have them ready by Friday in time for the funeral. The lady said she was off but when I told her my dad was James Anderson she was so very kind and said she would go in and make the arrangement herself. I wrote down her name but lost it. Ordered a bouquet for my grandmother for Mother’s Day. All I asked was for it to be “bright yellow”, and they absolutely delivered. Gorgeous arrangement with a ton of variety and greenery ready the next day. My grandmother adores it.
