Mr. Jesse helped me and he was informative and down to earth. He did an AMAZING job and I witnessed him be VERY kind to the staff. When I walked in a VERY nice gentleman named Mr. Oliver greeted me. As Oliver was trying to assist me, Mr. Jesse told me he would love the opportunity to help me because he wanted Mr. Oliver to take a break to get something to eat. Mr. Oliver said he didn't mind helping me but Mr. Jesse said he would take good care of me, go enjoy your break. I knew I was in the right place! The employees were prompt, knowledgeable very professional. They listened to my concerns and addressed them.
I received my eyeglasses and they fit perfectly and were of excellent quality. No adjustments were needed.

From the moment I walked into Target Optical, I was treated like a true VIP. Manfred Spencer went above and beyond to help me schedule my appointment, quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. He genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free.
Oliver W. was incredible in helping me find the perfect pair of frames. I can be a bit particular, especially about my favorite shade of blue, and he patiently worked with me until we found the one that felt just right. His attention to detail and style sense made the whole experience enjoyable and personal.
