Dr Hilton is so fast and accurate when it comes to my glasses and contact prescriptionscriptions! The whole experience is like a well-oiled machine - From check in at the desk to eye measurements to the doctor seeing me to the contact lens specialist and the eyeglass specialists to check out and payment, everything is so smooth! We have been coming here for years - I even brought my dad who had dementia. They were sweet and patient with him too and Dr Shrum was a complete gem and so good at getting dad to hold still through TWO cataract surgeries! Thank you everyone at Berkeley!!!

Recently I visited Berkeley Eye Center for the first time. I do not enjoy going to eye doctor appointments. When I walked in the door I was welcomed with a friendly smiling face. The crew made me feel so comfortable. I didn't feel rushed while completing my eye exam. They were very patient making sure everything was correct and will work for me. Dr Hilton is the best eye doctor I've come across. He has great energy, patience and very welcoming. I feel like he enjoys what he does. Also Dr. Hilton is very knowledgeable. I will say I have found a new eye doctor.

From check-in to check-out, this was a very pleasant experience. Timely, efficient and extremely polite staff. Alexa was great! She was knowledgeable and patient with helping me choose the best fit and look within my preferences. Even with all of my questions and indecision, she was eager to navigate choices, pros and cons with me and I never felt pressured or rushed. She is definitely an asset for your face forward customer service approach. I have been a patient/customer here for years and am pleased that there is still a patient friendly, reliable option so close to home.
