Dr Shrum is seeing me for a eye virus and I feel blessed to have a great opthamologist! The previous opthamologist I was seeing was treating me for the wrong condition. Now I have hope.

5 stars are simply not enough to describe Dr. Shrum and his dedicated staff. I am always seen on-time and the process is just seamless. Dr. Shrum always takes time to talk with me and address my concerns and I never feel rushed or like ‘just another patient’.Bonnie handled my fitting for my new glasses. She was new to me at this location but was an absolute joy to work with. She was kind and had a great awareness for people and made my visit pleasant. I had to leave my old glasses for processing and when I went to check out, Donna even loaned me a pair of readers to hold me over till my glasses come in. Dr Shrum simply blew me away. Great personality, calm, reassuring and professional indeed.The staff (every one of them) was a great team and they transformed me from nervous to calm.I recommend everyone I meet who needs eye care to go there.
