“I had a difficult irrigation wiring issue that another company spent significant time troubleshooting but could not resolve. The affected area of my lawn was already starting to dry out in the summer heat, and I had been manually watering it every day, so I needed the problem addressed quickly.
Dennis was able to fit me in on a priority/emergency basis. He quickly understood the issue, traced the wiring, found an alternate solution using an available controller zone, and had the affected irrigation area working again in about an hour.
The priority/emergency service was definitely premium-priced, but the experience and ability to diagnose and solve a complicated problem quickly made the difference. In this case, experience mattered because the issue was resolved without continuing to dig around the yard or replace unnecessary parts.”
