Overall great experience. Routine maintenance and an expected significant repair that James and Ryan clearly explained to me. They needed to keep the car overnight to get the right parts. They gave me a ride home and picked me up the next time. Everything came in as they promised. Great ride again
There seemed to be some communication issues. I wanted an inspection, windshield fluid leak investigation, and rear camera issue investigated as well as general maintenance. To my knowledge these were not addressed. However, again, the oil change and spark plug, to my knowledge were done well. However, everyone I met was considerate, friendly, and helpful. I will be back. And I would recommend Fifth Gear.
I had Alex and his crew take a look at my 2017 Cayenne. I had a coolant leak. They were able to quickly diagnose the cause of the issue. This is a really professional crew here. I will bring my other P-car here for work as well. Thank you for the pleasant experience.
