“Intensive care. I brought in my 11 yr old dog in the middle of a desperate emergency & Dr Rebecca worked swiftly, getting her into an immediate sonogram. This happened mid-afternoon & bc the course of treatment was so efficient she was able to get her into surgery that very afternoon & even arranged thru her team a blood transfusion for after surgery. She & Bailey stayed late to keep me updated & see her through. They always made sure I had an immediate contact number in case I needed to chat & left detailed messages on my voice-mail. She was resting safely before anyone went home that day. The next day they were short-staffed & busy but they were very attentive in reception & then Bailey really made me feel prioritized which I needed, as a worrying pet-parent. Totally capable even tho my dog was freaked out & being threatening earlier in the day. I asked every question I could possibly think of & never felt rushed. The prices were very reasonable & they even added services in like a nail trim & updated rabies like total rockstars! Followed up with me for an update the morning after that & again, reassured me in all the details. Hands down they're officially our pet-family support system & who I'd call with any concern.“
