There is usually a long delay to see the doctor, but last visit took over 2 hours for routine eye exam. I'm guessing there might have been an emergency. Staff & technicians were great, another doctor took vision readings to help, and when Dr. Johnson finally made it to me he did a thorough exam. Can't complain, visit completely covered by Medicare/Advantage, and I trust Dr. Johnson. I'm retired so wait wasn't a problem, and even though it took longer than usual I knew to allow more time.

Some terrible wait times...I've left after sitting for 2 hours. No eye drops applied and no doctor. It can be pretty insulting, so I limit the wait to one hour and reschedule.
Once you finally get seen by a doc, it's pretty good and thorough. Maybe we're overbooking a tad too much??
