We had our evaporator replaced here, which is a major job, the whole dash has to be taken out. Blaque is awesome, he was super kind and honest with us. It didn't take too long at all, and the pricing seemed quite fair, imo. When we got it back, the heater wasn't working. We called and got it fixed instantly, at no charge. One thing was overlooked by another employee (we're all human), he explained what had happened and was super apologetic, no biggie. My only complaint is our key fob was severely damaged, it seems like it was crushed. Certainly seems like an obvious thing to notice, but I felt bad complaining about it because he was so nice.
