I would like to know if anyone else has problems getting in touch with this tax service. Every time I call or text it takes days to get a anwser. The phone anwsering machine is full and not emails have been anwsered lately. It may be due to the holidays or maybe something personal. I hope all is ok but would like to know of other tax services that can do the quality that this one does when coming to tax preperation. Will wait till after the holidays and check in again. Please have someone anwser the phone and your email site.
