Elsa did an excellent job cutting my hair.Edit: I am expounding on my review. When I wrote it initially I wanted to give them something but didn't have time to give leave a lengthy one.I am leery about going to a new person to have my hair scissored on but I needed a cut and my usually hairstylist wasn't available on such short notice. I was waiting for the perfect moment to create my review for Monarch Studio, the time is finally here. Charlotte has done my hair for years, always doing exactly what I needed, sometimes telling me no to a particular style because she knows I'd end up regretting it, she was usually right.
