I just absolutely love coastal optical. Citek has been my doctor for a very long time now. Everyone definitely seems to be family there. Many of the crew have been there for a very long time, So it just makes for a very comfortable environment. And of course, everyone there is professional and genuinely kind
I was impressed and very satisfied with the services that was rendered. Dr. Citek is really great and very knowledgeable and the entire staff are awesome, professional and very helpful. My overall experience is beyond satisfied. Coastal Optical exceeded my expectation.
First I want to thank the lady at the front desk I didn’t get her name but she had excellent customer service. She was so kind and was able to fit my kid in for an appointment the same day. Second the Doctor was amazing she explained my kiddos results in a way I definitely understood. They definitely went above and beyond what I expected and although my kid wasn’t able to find a pair of glasses she liked, we didn't feel forced to buy a pair and they were so understanding. I will definitely be going back and will most certainly recommend them to family and friends.
