My hot water heater went out so I called GTG Automation. The lady who answered was friendly and she was able to get their plumber Paul out the same day! Paul was nice, knowledgeable and was able to come out a new unit in the next morning. He did amazing work and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend them!

Paul came out in the evening and cleared a plug in our drain line that had been giving us problems for several days. He spent time to make sure the blockage was completely cleared and cleaned the debris out of the line. Exceptional customer service.

GTG and Paul have been doing work for me for 6 years and they are through and trustworthy! They installed a hot water heater today in a hard to get to space and it looks great an is working perfectly. I highly recommend them for plumbing in the Andrews area.
