“While I did not hire ABC I did benefit directly from their service. They were hired by Duke Energy in my area to clear branches away from the aerial power lines. I will mention that they used my driveway to park their truck and chipper without my permission only to point out that had I not come home early to find them there I would never have known they were there. Their cleanup of the utility easement and my lawn left minimal evidence of their presence.
