I have not seen customer service at this level in many many years. Dakota went above and beyond in his service. I am a customer for life. Customer service is a must for me and it was delivered.
Steven came out on a service call & got everything fixed and running with our A/C. He was so courteous and did such a great job ! Very thorough too. We called Stoffer’s at 7:15 this morning and Steven was here before noon time. We will definitely be calling Stoffer’s again whenever we need our A/C or heating serviced ! We highly recommend them !
Just had Steven from Stoffer’s Air Conditioning and Heating come out and check my central air and heat. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me, even showed me some easy maintenance I can do as a home owner. Up front with prices. I would recommend them as a business and I will certainly use them again.
