I called Grady's Wednesday morning with a failed AC system not working and keeping or house warn. Set up an appointment same day, they shown up within a few hours. Tech gave the bad news which I already pretty much knew. So we scheduled for a complete new install. This install wasn't small with all new duct work being installed. They showed up at our house at 7:30 the next morning with 5 and 6 people working. The group of guys all very nice and worked hard and didn't leave until 10:30pm at night. Really happy with the responsiveness and quality of work that Grady's provided. We reached out to them when our AC stopped cooling and the work was complete within 24hrs.

Beto was very helpful in finding the problem and fixing our A/C.
