William the plumber came within the hour after I called to see if anyone was available to come today. He asked me a few questions and I showed him the toilet and explained that it was stopped up. He quickly went to work and was friendly and professional. He quickly found the clean out line outside the house to solve the stopped up issue. He was able to clean out the line and asked me if I had any animals around because alot of fecal matter and Toilet paper came out of the line, however he told me about it and didn't bother to clean it up. All went well with the services except for leaving the fecal matter and toilet paper on the ground. I would have given a 5 star... read full review
