Posted on Google Reviews Mr. Bill's was a life saver. We had our camper in storage for 4 years and decided to head out camping with the grandkids for a week. We got the camper all set up and went to hook up the water and found out my hot water tank had cracked from the winter cold. I called Mr. BILL'S, and he ordered the part right away. This was on a Monday, he said the part should be in the next day but would not be able to install till Friday. We expected that it may take a while but we're a little disappointed having no water in the camper. Mr. Bill went over and above knowing our situation. He had called us on Wednesday and said he was in the area and stopped by and bypassed the hot water heater so we could have running water, he then rearranged his schedule for Thursday to install the water heater. I highly recommend Mr. Bill's for any of your RV services. He is great to work with and was even great with our Grandkids. Thank you, Mr. Bill's for making our vacation a little easier.

This guy came right away and answered the phone. These are the kind of features you look for in a Repair guy.Get a price upfront and he doesn't like checks.But,as a good business practice should accept them.

Had a roof leak, paid $150. He said call if it leaked again, would come out for free.It did. Answered my text message 1 time. Said he would come look at it. I texted again, big rain coming in couple days.it did. Leaked again. Seems to be unreliable. Im out $ 150, and still have leak. Thats Theft to me. I do not Recommend..
