I went for my tax return and had to go back because they mispelled my name! Luckily it wasn't sent in yet and it wasn't closed when I went back to get it fixed. A friend also went a few weeks before me, and they got the address wrong! Surely won't come back again...EDIT: i recognize one of the 5 start reviewer's name to be one of their employees, all 5 star reviews must be fake BTW!

Literally robbed my parents. They did their income tax. Did an error. The IRS later charged my parents a huge sum and this company took a portion which amounted to $400 away from my parents. These people are scumbags. My parents are elderly and were preyed upon these horrible people.
