They stay real busy so wasn’t sure if my gaming laptop of less than two years old was gonna get fixed. Some technicians don’t know as much as other on certain things but I believe Robert is the man for the pc fixes. My laptop was said to have had a fried motherboard and it was something far less invasive. He figured it out and charged a reasonable rate. Will come back in the future for more repair. Thanks!
