I took a car from there that took me off the bridge when I wanted to cross it, since they told me by phone that I should go to the office for information, I went and they told me what documents I needed and how much I owed, since I had my own documentation they gave me my car without any problem, and the prices are too reasonable compared to other tow trucks I have had to go to. Very good staff.

The lady that answered the phone was extremely RUDE! Not helpful at all. Blocked all my calls and would not give me any assistance. The older gentleman was also not helpful. They Just want money. They don't care to help the public. Please don't do business with them. You will regret it.Service: Car towing

Alamo police called the reca to tow my vehicle I thought they would be more abusive in the chicken tow trucks but the lady who assisted us was very friendly and the service was not immediate but efficient they charged 340 dollars but it is the average rate I would give 5 stars but it didn't bother me I liked that they don't give information over the phone so 4 stars if they have them.
