We had a terrible drain clog under the house and couldn’t get to it. Thomas showed up on a Sunday morning and we discussed the issue. He was very professional, asked what steps we had taken to troubleshoot, then went to work. Thomas resolved the issue in about 15 minutes and we were good and taught us a couple things about our plumbing situation. We are very happy with the service provided.
