My gaming PC was pretty much dead when I brought it in to Warren, and after some basic repairs, upgrades and tweaks - he fixed it to be even better than new. Now I am gaming without any hiccups, lags or problems. The price was very very reasonable and the service was efficient. Additionally, Warren is simply one of those really cool people you enjoy speaking with. I would give 11-stars or more if possible.
These guys are great. Extremely knowledgeable. Very communicative. And most importantly got the job done fast! I took my laptop to two other places before stumbling upon DFW. If this was my first stop, I would have saved a lot of money. Glad to know these guys are here for next time.
I had quite a challenged for Warren to tackle. My laptop was a mess and not sure about recovering the information on it. He explained in detail what was needed to be done and how he would go about it. Was very reassuring.
He didn't make any promises but did say he would do the best he could to get it all done. And he did. Was able to recover all my data, got a refurbished laptop that is working well and now have everything hooked up at home as it should be.
