Honestly..... Our home is great. There are things that need to be fixed or redone and our home was just built in May of 2021.... Past that I must say that if my spouse and I had not already signed out contract we would have went with another builder..... They are extremely rude and unprofessional. And no one communicates with one another. Rick Reda only cares about once thing.... YOUR MONEY!!!!!! And once he knows he has it the gold paint comes off real quick..... It really sad too considering what we spent on our home and those that surround us....

Reda Homes did a wonderful job on our new construction home. All the individuals that we worked with were professional and kept the project on its timeline. Brian and Jason did a great job completing our bluetape walk through and home inspection requests. With the crazy market and supply chain issues we were lucky to close on time with no real issues with our selections. I know others have had challenges but Reda does their best to mitigage them. As a first time home buyer and previous real estate agent I am extremely happy with our new home. A special thank you to Stacy Williams with Keller Williams for representing us through this process. As I write this review we are almost 30 days post closing on our home which we were pushed hard to close on. We have a window that has animal prints of some type and stains on the inner part of the window. Window needs to be replaced. We have a broken mantle. Mantle needs to be replaced. We have poor quality tile grouting in our kitchen. We have some other misc items that should have been taken care of prior to closing. I just received a mail box after not having one this entire time and it is the cheapest mail box that you can buy. Houses should not be finaled without a post box of some type. I don't know how the county even signed off? I feel that they could be doing...read full review
